The Aeroméxico Rewards Base Points Accrual is the actual distance between city pairs.

Applies to:

• All flights marketed and operated by Virgin Atlantic.
• All flights with code VS operated by Virgin Atlantic or any of the SkyTeam™ airlines.

As for SkyTeam™ airlines and affiliated airlines, Aeromexico Rewards Points accrual will be according to the policies of each company, but it will never be more than ten days after the flight date.

Aeromexico Rewards Points retroactive accrual for flights on Aeromexico, SkyTeam™ Airlines and/or airlines affiliated to Aeromexico Rewards will be available up to 6 months after the flight date. If the member does not request Aeromexico Rewards Points accrual within this period, will lose the right to earn Points for this activity.

Aeromexico Rewards Points are not earned in the following cases:

• Flights taken before joining Aeromexico Rewards.
• When the name(s) and surname on the ticket do not match the name(s) and surname on the Aeromexico Rewards Account.
• Aeromexico Rewards Program Award Tickets.
• Tickets with group fares or charter.
• Free transportation vouchers.
• Tickets purchased at net fares.
• Flights taken on airlines not affiliated to the Program, except for flights with a previous codeshare agreement between the airlines.
• Flights canceled.
• When kilometers/mileage/points are already accrued in a frequent flyer program other than Aeromexico Rewards

As of the joining of Virgin Atlantic to SkyTeam™ on March 2nd, 2023, The Aeromexico Rewards members will earn Aeromexico Rewards Points when flying on Virgin Atlantic.
