Terms and Conditions
Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate, hereinafter referred to as the loyalty Program aimed at companies, hereinafter referred to as "The Program", in which they can earn Aeroméxico Rewards Points for each flight with Aeromexico and Aeromexico Connect taken by any of their employees, as well as for the acquisition of goods or services offered by affiliates.
The following benefits of the Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Program, "10,000 Aeroméxico Rewards Points Bonus¹", “AM Plus Upgrade” , “Salon Premier One Day Pass” and “Salon Premier Membership” are solely granted for businesses whose annual invoice with Aeromexico is less than the equivalent to $2,500,000 (two million five hundred thousand Mexican Pesos) according to the Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate average fares.
¹ Applies only to Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Panama and Peru.
Registration for The Program is valid only for companies legally incorporated in the United Mexican States or abroad, forbidding the affiliation of travel agencies and their subsidiaries.
If the company has several branches they will always be identified as separate companies as long as the Parent company authorizes in writing or through the contact means set forth herein and those contained in the user guide.
Ever registered Company is required to understand and abide by the Terms and Conditions of the Aeroméxico Rewards Program, the privacy notice published in the www.clubpremiercorporate.com web page and any applicable law or rule, current or future applicable to this operation.
The company will have a Aeroméxico Rewards Account, hereinafter referred to as "Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Account ", where the Aeroméxico Rewards Points earned by the following items will be accumulated: (i) flights taken by employees of the company. (ii) The acquisition of goods or services offered by Aeroméxico Rewards affiliated companies. If the employee of the company is an affiliate of Aeroméxico Rewards Member, Aeroméxico Rewards Points will accumulate in your account.
The company must appoint a representative to be responsible for the Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Account , hereinafter "Business Representative", plus one or more individuals to assist him managing the account, hereinafter "Authorized Contacts". They should all be Aeroméxico Rewards Members (if they do not have a Aeroméxico Rewards Account, they need to sign up for one).
Only the Business Representative and Authorized Contacts will have access to the information of the Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Account , once the following information is provided:
- Published in the website www.clubpremiercorporate.com:
- The Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Account Number.
- Aeroméxico Rewards Account Number (individual).
- Site Password¹.

The Business Representative and/or Authorized Contacts will be notified of any information regarding The Program through: (i) The Corporate Newsletter. (ii) The website www.clubpremiercorporate.com (iii) Diverse mailings.
Aeroméxico Rewards Points earned in the Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Account have no monetary value, are not transferable, and may not be combined with other Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Accounts for redemption, except for applicable exceptions.
BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE AND AUTHORIZED CONTACTS LIABILITIES
- The Business Representative will have sole authority to appoint or to modify Authorized Contacts, as well as to assign (or modify) beneficiaries of the Gold, Platinum Cards and Salon Premier Memberships.
- The Business Representative shall keep up to date the data of the company, own data, the names and account number of the people authorized to manage the Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Account , and the names and account numbers of the employees who will receive the Gold, Platinum Card and Salon Premier Memberships.
- Any change of address and/or name of the Business Representative or Authorized Contacts may be performed in www.clubpremiercorporate.com or shall be notified by email to [email protected] or at the Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Service Center.
PROCESS FOR THE REGISTRATION OF FLIGHTS
- For flights performed by employees of the company to be recorded in the Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Account , it is necessary that at the time of booking they provide the Accumulation Code to the Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Service Center, Ticket Office, Travel Agency or Customer Service Office.
- The Accumulation Code is made up as follows:

- The accruals of Aeroméxico Rewards Points can also be requested before the flight writing [email protected] providing reservation code, flight number, flight date, passenger name and ticket number.
- Only AM coded flights can be registered.
- The flights will appear in the Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Account within thirty (30) calendar days after the end of the month in which the flights were taken.
Aeroméxico Rewards Points ACCREDITATION THROUGH FLIGHTS
- Accreditation of Aeroméxico Rewards Points will take place within thirty (30) calendar days after the end of each month.
Aeroméxico Rewards Points ACCREDITATION THROUGH SERVICES
- For Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Accounts to earn Aeroméxico Rewards Points through services or purchasing products from affiliated companies, they shall provide only the Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Account Number upon request.
REDEMPTION
- The Aeroméxico Rewards Points earned in the Corporate Accounts may be redeemed for Flight Award Tickets (in all its forms: Classic Flight Award Ticket, Always Flight Award Ticket, SkyTeam Award, and Flight Award Ticket with partner airlines), upgrades from Coach Class to Clase Premier in Aeromexico and Aeromexico Connect flights, Salón Premier Memberships, car rentals, hotel stays, packages and activities (Terms & Conditions apply for each product).
- All cases are subject to the Applicable Redemption Chart (which will be published in www.clubpremiercorporate.com).
- The redemption of Aeroméxico Rewards Points for Flight Award Tickets does not include the payment of any taxes (fee for Airport Use "TUA", fuel surcharge and ticket issuance).
- The Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Accounts may use Always Flight Award Tickets, which grant total availability of seats when redeeming Aeroméxico Rewards Points to fly with Aeromexico and Aeromexico Connect; they can be acquired for one-way or round trip flights, with any published fare available (Coach or Clase Premier), paying the cost of the ticket with redeemed Aeroméxico Rewards Points and paying taxes and applicable fees with cash or credit card.
- Aeroméxico Rewards Points can be redeemed for Flight Award Tickets for flights with SkyTeam Airlines or any other airlines affiliated to Aeroméxico Rewards.
- Flight Award Tickets with these airlines must be booked at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to departure at the Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Service Center or at Aeromexico Ticket Offices that have Aeroméxico Rewards modules. These reservations should not be booked by travel agencies.
- Upgrades from Coach to Clase Premier, hereinafter “Upgrades" are valid in AM coded flights operated by Aeromexico and Aeromexico Connect according to current Terms and Conditions (which will be published in www.clubpremiercorporate.com).
- Upgrades are subject to availability and may be made only through the Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Service Center.
LEVELING
- The program has different levels, which are determined by billing ranges (for the past 12 cut-off periods). The company signs-up for entry level.
- If the Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Account meets the required billing for a higher level before twelve (12) cut-off periods, it will be moved to the proper level and will get the corresponding privileges.
- If after twelve (12) cut-off periods the Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Account does not meet the billing amount of its level, it will be moved to the appropriate level depending on the amount billed in the last twelve (12) cut-off periods and become benefits accordingly.
EXPIRATION POLICY OF AEROMÉXICO REWARDS POINTS
- The Aeroméxico Rewards Points earned from February 1, 2014 expire after a period of twenty-four (24) months. The Aeroméxico Rewards Points earned before February 1, 2014 shall be valid for twelve (12) months.
EXCLUSIONS:
- Aeroméxico Rewards Points are not earned in the following cases:
- Services used and flights taken by employees before the company's registration in the Program.
- Services used and flights taken by people who are not employees of the company that owns the Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Account.
- Services used and flights taken with companies that are not affiliated to the Program.
- Free flights/services.
- Flights/services canceled or not used. Services used / flights taken by minors.
- Flights that are not operated by Aeromexico and Aeromexico Connect.
- If the Accumulation Code was not entered into the reservation or was entered incorrectly.
- If the Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Account Number was not provided when acquiring / using the services of the affiliated company.
- Tickets at discounted rates, promotional, groups, charter, free or non-commissionable fares, or Flight Award Tickets in all its forms.
- When the Aeroméxico Rewards Points are earned in other corporate program.
DISQUALIFICATION
- Aeroméxico Rewards reserves the right to disqualify any Company registered in the Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Program, or any of the employees enrolled, if in the opinion of Aeroméxico Rewards the participant has breached any of the rules described herein. Disqualification may even cause the cancellation of the Aeroméxico Rewards Account and/or Aeroméxico Rewards Corporate Account.
- Aeroméxico Rewards reserves the right to change or discontinue temporarily or permanently without notice one or all bases of The Program, including promotions and benefits (in any case the rights acquired by the company prior to any changes are to be respected).
